Dissecting Microscopes

The dissecting microscopes below can all be used for science dissection projects. Each dissection microscope (except for model 185) has both a top light and a bottom light, each of which can be used independently of the other. Most often, the top light is used while dissecting. The digital dissection microscope allows you to view a live image on your computer screen while dissecting your specimen. This is quite helpful in the classroom setting, where more than one student can gather around the computer monitor.

	420 Stereo Zoom Dissecting Microscope
	Full-size stereo zoom trinocular or binocular dissecting microscope. Microscope provides a zoom range of 10x - 40x. Available in either a binocular or trinocular version. Great microscope if you want to attach your digital camera for taking pictures of your collection! 15 watt halogen top light and 5 watt fluorescent bottom light operate independently of each other. Head rotates 360 degrees. Zoom magnification range of 10x-40x.

	Compact stereo zoom dissecting microscope. Microscope provides a zoom range of 10x-30x with sharp, parfocalled images throughout the zoom range - no need to refocus! Head rotates 360 degrees so eyepieces can be positioned toward or away from the arm. Included is a 10 watt halogen top light with directional lever and a 5 watt fluorescent bottom light. Select top, bottom or both with side switches.

	Dual-power dissecting microscope. Stereo microscope provides dual powers of 10x and 20x, 10x and 30x or 20x and 40x. Viewing head rotates 360 degrees in focusing block and body can be rotated about the vertical post. Dual objective pairs, parfocalled, parcentered and achromatic. Magnification is changed by rotating the (black) objective turret 90 degrees. Uses 110 volts (220V models available), high intensity 12 volt 10 watt top and bottom lamps. Separate switches allow you to select which lights you want.
