Microscope World accepts the following order methods:

• ONLINE - This website offers a secure SSL encrypted ordering process. The following credit cards are accepted: AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER. Only US credit cards are accepted online.
• PHONE - You may call us Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm PST to place your order. 1-800-942-0528. International customers please call 1-760-438-0528. If you call before or after business hours please leave a message with your daytime phone number and we will return your call on the next business day.
• FAX - You can fax your order to 760-438-0553 with credit card information included. You must include a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
• PURCHASE ORDER - We accept purchase orders from established businesses. If you have not been set up as a customer with Microscope World, please fax a copy of your credit and bank references along with your signed purchase order to 760-438-0553. Our terms are NET 30. If you are a school or part of the US Government, we do not require a copy of your company's credit references.
• MAIL - You can mail your order with a check made out to "Microscope World" to the address listed below. Please remember to include shipping and sales tax if the item is being shipped within the state of CA. All checks must clear before any products will be shipped.
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We ship internationally. All international orders require payment by wire transfer. Please call or email us if you are interested in getting a quote including international shipping rates.

RETURN POLICY

Microscope World has a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the first 30 days. You must call us first to obtain a return authorization number. Once the product is returned, as long as it arrives in the same new condition it was originally shipped in, as well as with all original packing materials and accessories, you will receive a full refund LESS THE ORIGINAL COST OF SHIPPING and insurance where applicable. Customers must pay their own return shipping fees. For items over $1,500 there may be a restocking fee based on the item, please call for details. Specail order parts are not refundable, including many parts required for camera adapters.
