The Optical Power Measurement System allows you to measure the amount of light projected through the microscope objective at the specimen plane whether using mercury, Xenon, laser or LED fluorescence illumination. Experimental repeatability of illumination is assured since the fluorescence measurement at the specimen plane is recorded. Any degradation of the light source bulbk, light guide or filter component as well as any misalignment in the microscope system will be obvoius and can be corrected before setting up the experiment. Suitable for standard, confocal, DSU and other microscope configurations.
- Range: Calibrated for use at any wavelength between 320nm and 750nm. Compatible with a full range of filters. Sensitivity to power levels from 5µW to 500mW.
