This multi viewing head observation microscope combines high quality optics made in Japan, with ergonomic features that promote everyday use at an affordable price.
Viewing Head: The viewing head is a Siedentopf type head with eyetubes inclined at 30 degrees. Trinocular port provides 100% of illumination to the eyetubes, or 20% to the eyetubes and 80% to the camera:
Eyepieces: Include a +/-5 diopter adjustment on each WF10x/22 eyepiece. Interpupillary adjustment from 48-75mm.
Objective Lenses: Meiji Techno (Japan) objective lenses incorporate an Achromat design for superior color correction and a flat field of view. The optical glass utilizes high-transmission silicon for superb image brightness. Objectives are mounted in a quintuple, ball-bearing nosepiece and objective options include:

Illumination: 6v/30w halogen Koehler illumination system provides crisp, high definition images, with even, diffused light. Abbe condenser, NA 1.25 is focusable and centerable with swing-out top lens, iris diaphragm and filter holder, including a daylight balancing filter.
Stage & Focusing: The large 175mm x 145mm stage provides 76mm x 50mm travel on the X-Y axis with vernier measurement reading to 0.1mm. Controls are positioned for comfortable, ergonomic use with low-position and coaxial operation. Includes a specimen holder that readily accommodates either one or two slides and provides easy exchange for high volume use. Focus controls are located on both sides of the microscope with coaxial fine and coarse focusing. Fine focus has graduations of 1 micron.
Multi-Observation: The two optical bridges on either side of the main microscope each have two height adjustable binocular heads with the same WF10x/22 eyepieces as the main microscope unit.
